Was your EHR Incentive Attestation Denied? How to file an appeal?

Few Hundred Eligible Providers were denied attestation to EHR Incentive Meaningful Use last year. CMS has put together a process for appealing for Medicaid and soon, Medicare programs.
Here is the CMSwebsite, but I have summarized it for you:
  1.  Current appeals process is for Medicaid incentive program, but it is in the process of implementing "... an appeals process for the EHR Incentive Program."
  2.  The exact details of the appeals process are not clear, but It does also say that Provider Resources, Inc. (PRI) located in Erie, Pennsylvania was awarded the contract to handle the appeals process with the Office of Clinical Standards and Quality (OCSQ) overseeing the EHR incentive appeals process. Not sure what that means.
  3.  Interested parties may reach the appeals support contractor or the OCSQ Appeals Support Center either by email at or the toll free number at 1-855-796-1515. The OCSQ Appeals Support Center is available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
If you have been denied, please let us know, we'd ben interested in hearing about your experience.
