For example, the Comprehensive Initial Psychiatric Exam note template is structured to facilitate the capture of a full Psychiatric inventory including Review of Systems; Medical and Social histories; Psychiatric, Substance Abuse and Psychiatric Social histories; Psychiatric Exam elements of general appearance, speech reasoning and mental status; and DSM AXIS and plan.
All WRS Psychiatry note templates are pre-populated with commonly used content, enable charting with a minimum of clicks (or via voice recognition) and can accept free text.
Numerical data including lab values, weight and BMI can be quickly entered and tracked over time as tables or graphs, according to your preference.

Choose one, or enter a different medication and the standard sig fields automatically populate. The script can then be sent to a pharmacy of the patient's choice.

When a patient appointment is scheduled, insurance eligibility is automatically checked 72 hours prior to the appointment and again every 4 hours until the appointment time. Coverage information flows into the patient record, and your practice is prompted to collect copayments and coinsurance at check-in. For patients who carry a balance, invoices are automated.
WRS keeps current with ICD and CPT codes, including add-on codes, and keeps them updated in the Psychiatry EMR and Practice Management system.
When you chart a visit, the charge seamlessly flows to the claim for submission without the need for re-keying on your claims. Paper superbills and dual entry of data are eliminated.
